Made in small batches from fresh red Jalapeño and yellow bell peppers. This is Kathy’s twist on her original recipe. The Red jalapeños are seasonal and not always available during the year. The red is likely to be hotter and sweeter, since the pepper is on the plant longer. The peppers are mostly sourced from local farms and prepared fresh.
