Hot Red Jalapeño

Made in small batches from fresh red Jalapeño and yellow bell peppers. This is Kathy’s twist on her original recipe. The Red jalapeños are seasonal and not always available during the year. The red is likely to be hotter and sweeter, since the pepper is on the plant longer. The peppers are mostly sourced from local farms and prepared fresh. Heat of the Red jalapeño ranges from 2,500 ‐ 10,000 SHU (Scoville Rating)

Cha Cha Chipotle

Kathy went far out on this one. Chipotles are dried and smoked jalapeños. This naturally adds a smokey flavor to the jam. Made in small batches from chipotles in an adobo sauce, with fresh bell peppers for a balanced flavor. Tested many times with customers and has become another favorite. The bell peppers are mostly sourced from local farms and prepared fresh. Heat of the chipotle ranges from 5000 ‐ 10,000 SHU (Scoville Rating).

Fiery Fresno
$12.95

Made in small batches from fresh fresno and yellow bell peppers. Kathy came up with this version when the red jalapeños were not available. The fresno pepper is available most of the year and has a nice red color and shape. The fresno is in the same family as the jalapeño, however, the fresno is a fruitier tasting pepper that turned out to be a customer favorite. The peppers are primarily sourced from local farms and prepared fresh. Heat of the fresno ranges from 2,500 ‐ 10,000 SHU (Scoville Rating)
