Ingredients:
- 1.25 lb pack ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated yellow onion
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ cup any Hell of a Jelly flavor
- ¼ cup Country Dijon Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic granules
- ½ teaspoon Spike Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
Glaze:
- ¼ cup any Hell of a Jelly flavor (I like Cha Cha Chipotle)
- ¼ cup Country Dijon Mustard
Directions:
- Break up ground turkey into a medium sized bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients distributing them evenly over the meat.
- Toss lightly with a fork or your fingers until everything is mixed in well.
- Pat into a 8”by 8” square pan or something similar in size. (If you double the recipe, use a 9” by 13’’ size)
- Spread glaze on top of the uncooked Meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 for 35-45 min. Ovens vary; test for doneness with a meat thermometer (165 degrees)
- Cool slightly in the pan.
- Enjoy with mashed potatoes or corn, and a yummy salad
